We’re Hiring a Client Services Representative!
We are looking for a Client Services Representative to work with the Priority Experts team to deliver top-notch customer support to our clients. We are looking for a Part-to-Full-Time candidate that will work 20-40 hours per week.
This is a virtual position. Candidate will have the ability to work from home.
The Client Services Representative will be a self-motivated worker who is detail-orientated with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role
- 1-2 years experience in writing blog content
- Knowledge and experience using the following programs/tools:
- Zendesk and/or Freshdesk
- Google Applications
- Asana or related project management program
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve productivity standards and deadlines while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Interact with clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to provide information and assistance
- Calendar & Email Triage
- Set up meetings, podcasts, interviews, etc.
- Copywriting: email copy, blog posts, promotional materials
- Social media management
Ideally, the candidate for this position can start by April 23rd.
